Our Quality Assurance to our clients is simple, an idea born from our proactive and solid philosophy. All of our websites are designed from scratch, based upon a client's own identity, target audience and style. This means that no two websites designed by Outhouse Media are the same. What makes Outhouse Media unique is that we do these bespoke websites, but still charge on a template basis, i.e. blank standard sites, with names, colours and text changed for each client; the identity of the client is lost in the production of these templates. Outhouse Media believe that clients each have their own branding and identity and this should be reflected and be as identifiable on the internet as it would be on the company stationery.
We are confident in the quality of work we produce, we even put our name to it. A small link to Outhouse Media will appear on each site produced.
Programming:
Each website produced and designed by Outhouse Media is coded by hand in HTML / Javascript and DHTML etc. This process eliminates the excess and useless code that a software programme creates. It is the excess code that unnecessarily increases the file size of your site forcing a slower download time for your customers. Because we at Outhouse Media handcode your website we understand it, we know exactly what makes your site work, particularly useful if there is a problem that develops. It ensures fast and efficient repair.
Many agencies use software such as Dreamweaver to programme sites, with no knowledge or little experience of the actual code itself.
Hand coding ensures maximum creativity and design, with no or few limits to what we can do. Software can only create what it has been designed to create - hence design limitations. All images used by Outhouse Media for websites are compressed as fully as possible to ensure fast downloads for clients.
Updates and Amends:
To Outhouse Media every client is a priority. We are dedicated to keeping your site up to date. As soon as your updates or amends arrive here with us, we will endeavour to complete them as soon as possible. You will be kept informed of how long the work will take and will always be quoted for the work in advance where possible.
No amends or updates will go ahead until you the client are happy with everything. We only charge you for the time taken to do the job, we do not round up to the nearest hour. If a job takes 17 minutes, you will be charged for 17 minutes of work - not an hour.

We are constantly researching the development and advancement of technology and the internet, as well as keeping abreast of the latest design techniques, meaning we can keep our clients one step ahead of the competitors.
